    锻炼身体,保持身材~

    1、背部伸展有美化全身的背部线                   

     2、同时增加手部柔软度            

    3、收紧腹部肌肉                                                    

    4、减去小肚腩                         

    5、左右两边伸展运动                         

    6、手脚并用可以让身体左右均衡一下

    7、强化腹肌及腰背的肌腱                                      

    8、雕塑双腿和腹部线条        

    9、美化腰部,消除赘肉                                                

    10、消除臀下垂的赘肉,紧实腿部的肌肉
